Polaris 38: Welterweight Grand Prix Full Results And Highlights
Polaris 38 took place on July 11th, 2026 and the results of their star-studded welterweight grand prix saw a new champion crowned. That wasn’t the only title up for grabs on the night though, as Sarah Galvao submitted Zara Di Tofano with an arm-triangle choke to become the women’s bantamweight champion too. There was also plenty of fun matchups on the preliminary card too, with Ben Robson creating one of the best highlights of the night when he submitted Jimmy Wheeler with a tight armbar in the dying seconds of their match. Then in the welterweight grand prix, two men were the favorites coming into it and they both made it all the way to the final. PJ Barch won the last welterweight grand prix at Polaris 27 and he came in on good form here, outworking Taylor Pearman to a decision win and submitting Tommy Langaker with a rear-naked choke. The other side of the bracket was absolutely lie on fire though, as Mateusz Szczecinski ankle-locked Deandre Corbe and submitted Michael Liera Jr with one of his trademark quick shotgun armbars.
