Friday’s Main Event pits Canada’s most dangerous bantamweight, Cody Chovancek, against his toughest challenge yet, Jordan Howard of St. Louis, MO. Chovancek is 7-0, with all but two of his wins coming by stoppage. The fast-rising Petrolia, ON product is looking to punch his ticket to the UFC with a third straight finish in Unified’s stacked bantamweight division. The win won’t come easily against the battle-tested Howard, who brings a 12-5 record into his premiere on Canada’s Ultimate Proving Ground. The four-time Bellator MMA vet is also headhunting for a third straight stoppage victory.
