K-1 Krush held an event Sunday at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. A women’s title fight between Miho “Knuckle” Takanashi and Phayahong headlined the fight card.

Takanashi was extended to an extra round by the 17-year-old Thai challenger, but won the fourth round on all judges’ scorecards to retain her K-1 Krush Women’s Atom Weight Title.
