Background
Helena Crevar is set to captain the stacked North America Squad which now features some new faces. Joining Brianna, Alanis and Taylor are top ranking phenoms Alex Enriquez and Lyzz Mitrovic who are stepping in on short notice to make their Polaris debuts.
The European Squad has faced a major change as unfortunately their captain, Ffion Davies, suffered an injury and has been forced to withdraw but she will be replaced by former Polaris title challenger Nia Blackman.
Davies will still be in at attendance to coach the European Squad ahead of this historic event.
Can the European Squad take out the spectacular North American Squad?
The superfight has some serious title implications
Eoghan O'Flanagan is back after a spectacular performance as part of the European Squad at Polaris 31 and he will be eager to keep up his run of fine form in a match against one of the most talented prospects in the sport.
Mohammed Avtarhanov is arguably one of the most underrated grapplers in the world. In the past few years, Avtarhanov has defeated an ADCC silver medalist and ADCC 2024's 4th place finisher. Despite coming from a gym known for producing world class MMA fighters like Conor McGregor, Mo has become a BJJ specialist and he is on the cusp of taking over the sport.
